2023 Fleur de Fleur
Grape Varietal— Chardonnay & Verdelho
Fresh and lively with beautiful notes of crisp nashi pear, green apple and aromatic jasmine. A creamy mousse and fine bead with a lovely soft finish make it the perfect addition to any celebration.
The grapes used in this Sparkling wine were picked at optimum ripeness in the cool of the night, displaying perfect pH, fruit flavour and Baume. The wine was left "sur lie" for seven months before going through the Charmat method, whereby the wine underwent secondary fermentation in stainless steel tank before bottling. This wine is made from 100% Organic and Biodynamic Chardonnay from McLaren Vale & Verdelho fruit estate grown.
